The following statements explain the URS Holdings Group policy regarding the personal information collected about you and/or your business e.g.: consultants, single proprietory organizations.
From time-to-time, you will be asked to submit information about yourself (e.g.: name and e-mail address) in order to receive or use services on the website, or other related services. Such services include those relating to the Certification, Inspection, ACB, formal quotations, to name a few, Whenever you provide such personal information, it will be treated confidentiality and in accordance with this policy, current legislation and best practice.

To provide website visitors with more choice on how their data is collected by Google Analytics, Google have developed the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. The add-on communicates with the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js) to indicate that information about the website visit should not be sent to Google Analytics. Use and Storage of your Personal Information
When you supply any personal/business information to the URS Holdings website (e.g. name and email address) we have legal obligations towards you in the way we use such data. Such data will only be needed to advise other members and the public to enable contact possible business contact to be made as set out by the aims of the website.
In general, any information you provide to URS Holdings will only be used within URS Holdings and by its agents, members and regulators (An example of a Regulator is a Competant Authority or Accreditation Body e.g: UKAS). Note - Members have elected to make available their public commercial details to be viewed by all visitors to the site. Your information will be disclosed where we are obliged or permitted by law, however should a disclosure be required outside of conditions above stated, then you will be advised accordingly. Also, if you post or send offensive, inappropriate or objectionable content anywhere on or to the URS Holdings website or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour on the URS Holdings website, URS Holdings can use whatever information that is available to it about you to stop such behaviour.
We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as you use the service you have requested, and remove it in the event that the purpose has been met, or, in the case of the URS Holdings website membership you no longer wish to continue your registration as a URS Holdings website member. Where personal information is held for people who are not yet registered but have taken part in other URS Holdings website services (e.g. consultants), that information will be held as long as is necessary to ensure that the service is run smoothly. We will ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely.

Just click on a cookie to open it. You will see a short string of text and numbers. The numbers are your identification card, which can only be seen by the server that gave you the cookie.
URS Holdings website cookies

In our analytical reports, we may obtain other identifiers including IP addresses, but this is for the purpose of identifying the number of unique visitors to our web sites and geographic origin of visitor trends, and not to identify individual visitors.
